Hangat2x pake kuah santen enak juga kali yach.... but Lebih enaknya kalo rasanya asem manis kecut ala Ketan Tape Hijau muntilan ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahannya:&lt;br /&gt;Beras ketan putih, pewarna hijau - aku pake warna hijau rasa pandan itu&lt;br /&gt;air, gula dan Ragi tape pada akhirnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;caranya:&lt;br /&gt;beras ketan dimasak dengan air dan gula sampe setengah matang dan airnya habis. terus dikukus 30 menit lagi.&lt;br /&gt;sudah empuk ketannya, mari disantap kalo udah kepengen banget hehehe&lt;br /&gt;kalo mau dijadikan Tape ketan ijo ini, tinggal disebarin bubuk ragi ketan perlayer gitu.&lt;br /&gt;diamkan beberapa hari ditempat yg panas, dan jangan lupa itu wadah tape ketan kudu tersimpan rapat dan tertutup kain biar ga ada cahaya. margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tlU3qhJSmqk/S7B2uGAbzyI/AAAAAAAAAHo/t3ApOM7hE2Q/s200/DSC00138.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453989683004165922" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kemarin karna lupa beli roti, akhirnya sengaja pengen coba bikin roti sendiri (tanpa mesin dan idenya dari resep roti unyil gitu)&lt;br /&gt;akhirnya browsing sana sini, ambil kesimpulan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahan yg dipakai terigu volkoren 1 cup, selfrising terigu 1,2cup, 1 telur, 50gr mentega, susu cair dingin, sugar, sdikit garem, sedikit dikasih keju, ragi powder (yeast buat roti) and then.... buat isinya aku pakein coklat mesis, ada yg pake kismis dan satu keju.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hasilnya..... andaikata gue ga terlalu lama pake HOT-air yg 190celcius degree, kayanya hasilnya ga akan secoklat hampir gosong kaya yg difoto ini. Kalo terlalu encer, masukan sedikit maizena biar lebih menyatu adonannya. sesendok demi sesendok, selesai dan hidangkan. Hasilnya lumayan sich and lihat bahan yg aku pake aza yach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bawang bombay sedikit, peterseli dikit, and keju tua sekitar 100gr gitu, sekitar 75g boter. Semuanya kegiling halus terus dikasih garam gula secukupnya. Kemudian 1sdm maizena dan 1 telur. &lt;br /&gt;Semuanya aduk rata, kemudian setelah adonan kalis. Gula 100gr. dan gue pake 5 keping coklat. 3kuning telor, 2 putih telor, 1sdm cream, 1sdt baking powder, sedikit baking soda, apel buat hiasan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;caranya:&lt;br /&gt;melting boter with chocolate, sisihkan. kemudian mulai dech &lt;br /&gt;1. aduk rata campuran boter-coklat dengan gula, kemudian telor satu persatu. kemudian cream, setelah tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. masukan ayakan terigu+baking soda+baking powder ini ke adonannya itu. aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. mulai panasin oven, dan siapin cetakan plastik lentur anti panas ini.&lt;br /&gt;4. tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan, hias dengan apel yg dipotong luarnya bergaris-garis gitu. Kemudian tuang adonan telur santen ini ke wadah anti panas. Kukus sampe matang dan padat ± 45 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Begitu resep yg tertulis dibuku, masakan khas jateng.&lt;br /&gt;Kalo gue waktu itu buatnya, seadanya bahan. Telur cuma gunain 2-3 biji and then santen seadanya and then bahan dasar dech. Begicu. Lumayan sich, ampir kaya gadon ☺ met mencoba yach. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;hr&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalo hidangan utamanya, yaitu nasi gurih karna santen ini adalah Sbb:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi liwet / gurih&lt;br /&gt;1kg beras cuci bersih, rendam 3-4jam tiriskan. ; 3-4 lembar daun salam ; 1250cc santen dari ¾ butir kelapa ; garam secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;Tempatkan beras dalam wadah, alasi dgn daun salam tuangi santen, beri garam kemudian didihkan. Setelah mendidih, aduk sebentar. Teruskan memasak dgn api kecil tanpa diaduk sampe matang sekitar 45 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Itu resep dari bukunya. Kalo gue seperti biasanya seadanya dan cuma ambil pacuan bahan dasar dan membuatnya dengan ala donna dong pastinya.&lt;br /&gt;Kalo gue yg jelas, daun salam ditaruh paling bawah sebagai alas nasi liwet santen ini nich. Kemudian campur santen plus garam and then masukan ke berasnya dan kukus sampe mateng dech. Hasilnya…. Resepnya!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kukus bolu kisses. (kismis-meises)&lt;br /&gt;275gr terigu, 1sdt baking powder, ½ sdt soda kue (ayak campur)&lt;br /&gt;2 telur, 135 gr gula&lt;br /&gt;80ml santen, 80ml minyak goreng (gue pake olive-oil), 80ml ketan tape&lt;br /&gt;mesis en kismis (or rozjinen, londonya).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aduk telur, santen, minyak goreng, ketan tape ratakan. Kemudian tambahin gula, aduk sampe larut kemudian ratakan.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang tepung terigu ayak dan aduk rata. Masukkan kisses (kismis&amp;meisisnya) dan ratakan lagi. Selesai&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan ke cetakan anti lengket (yg sudah dilumurin mentega/minyak), kemudian kukus 45 menit sampe mateng. Kalo lewat 45mnt, coba Tengahnya ditusuk pisau biar tau udah mateng semua atau belom. Kalo masih ada adonan yg basah, kukus lagi 10-15 menit gitu. Selesai, angkat dan hidangkan. Yummy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ps: resep ini dari judul muffin pandan kukus ala sedap sekejap. Cuman gue acak adul pake bahan yg ada digue. Yang penting khan ada fotonya yach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat ala gue sbb ceritanya:&lt;br /&gt;Awal cerita gue nemu dibuku, terik bola daging. &lt;br /&gt;Then jadilah champingnonsoep met gebakken balletjes. Alias sup jamur cream pake bakso goreng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bakso gorengnya: daging giling, salt-gula-garlic powder and gue tambahin tepung maizena 2sdm and 3sdm tepung tapioca. Terus diremas, ratakan halus. Kemudian buletin jadi kelereng gitu, stelah itu. Goreng dech pake minyak secukupnya. Udah brubah warna, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sup jamur ala guenya. Cuma masukin bw.merah ditumis kemudian masukin daun bawang and then jamurnya. Udah gitu kentang. Tumis bentar kasih salt-peper, then masukin air kaldu. Masak 30-45menit udah gitu diblender dan masukin roomnya dech.&lt;br /&gt;Aduk rata kemudian masukin bakso gorengnya. Siap dihidangkan… yummy&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;gicu dech Hasil sedap sekejap buat menu keluarga.&lt;br /&gt;Bakso gorengnya, anak gue doyan loh. Champignonsoep dari SOS Piet di TV belgi VTM ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Champignonsoep:&lt;br /&gt;1 wit van prei&lt;br /&gt;1/2 ui&lt;br /&gt;1/2 aardappel&lt;br /&gt;750gr champignons&lt;br /&gt;Groentenbouillon&lt;br /&gt;250ml room&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bereiding:&lt;br /&gt;- Bak de ui, aardappel en prei in de vetstof&lt;br /&gt;- Goed kruiden&lt;br /&gt;- Voeg de kleine champignons toe en ook de   groentenbouillon&lt;br /&gt;- Voeg water toe en laat 45 minuten goed doorkoken&lt;br /&gt;- Mix de soep lang en voeg de room toe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips&lt;br /&gt;1.
